About hotel pick-up
There is a free shuttle bus service between Kawaguchiko Station and the hotel.
When you arrive at Kawaguchiko Station, please call the hotel.

After you have called, please wait at bus stop 10 at Kawaguchiko Station.
We will pick you up in 5 to 15 minutes.

Our hotel has two buildings (the East Wing and the West Wing).
Please note that the check-in and check-out times differ for each wing.
【East Wing】Check-in from 2:00pm, check-out by 11:00am
【West Wing】Check-in from 3:00pm, check-out by 10:00am
If you are unable to arrive by 7:30pm, even if your plan includes dinner, the hotel will not be able to provide you with dinner. Please be sure to arrive by 7:30pm, as no refunds will be given.
If your plan includes breakfast only or a room-only plan, you can check in after that time.
If you arrive earlier than the specified time, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.
Check-out extensions are subject to a fee (5,500 yen per hour per room).
Depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to approve an extension.
